Update your push to upstream configuration

Hi developers,

You must update your local push to upstream configuration as described in the latest version of our getting started tutorial (section Updating the push to upstream configuration)! Otherwise EGit will use the default configuration, which pushes all local branches to our remote repository. And as the name indicates, local branches are intended to remain local.
