Hi all,

Since Java 7 end of life has been reached, JCrypTool updated its minimum execution environment to Java 8 in all plug-ins. In order to develop and to execute JCrypTool you need to have Java 8 installed now.

Developers have to make sure that their compiler settings are correct as described in our getting started guide.
