Trapped over some strange GitHub history entries like Merge branch 'master' of g...@github.com:jcryptool/crypto.git? Such a commit usually lists a lot of changed files, which you did not touch. This is an automatically created commit by Git, due to changes (commits) in your local repository and our remote repository on GitHub. Try to avoid such commits as much as possible, see here for instructions on how to achieve this. Again: This is not an error, you did not do anything wrong. But the commits are confusing, so it's best to avoid situations like that.
