Crop top dotted line of crop box is missing in ie7

Hello,
I am implementing jcrop in an image manager for web application and I
am experiencing an issue with jcrop in ie7.
During crop selection in ie7, the top part of the crop dotted line box
is missing in ie7.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Just to add, I am using the latest version of jcrop (0.9.8) and I am
using ie7 (7.0.6001.18000)
using ie7 (7.0.6001.18000)
