NodeFilter and filterDepth

Hi,

I'm trying to use the filterDepth feature of the NodeFilter. I need to apply a filter at depth 0 and then to ignore the filter at deeper depth.

Is this a bug in the NodeFilter or do I misunderstand the expected behavior?
