BuildHive now automating Jekyll on docbuilds

Hey team,

The process to validate docbuilds through Jekyll is now automated on BuildHive.  Going forward, you will no longer need to manually run Jekyll on docbuilds, but please make sure that CloudBees comments on your pull requests to let you know that your builds are successful before pulling in your changes.
