unresolved maven-remote-resources-plugin via m2eclipse

Surprisingly, using m2eclipse to import jclouds, what seems to be a
fairly standard plugin shows up in red:

No marketplace entries found to handle
maven-remote-resources-plugin:1.4:bundle in Eclipse. Please see Help
for more information.

Anyone know how to resolve this (permanently for all users
automatically)? I know the message says no marketplace entries found,
but yeah sometimes messages lie :)
