   Great meeting today!  We are going to have a great event next week so thanks for your hard work.  Here is the plan we discussed today so please closely review, work together as a team, and let me know if you encounter any challenges to completing your assignments.

FOR THE LIVE SIMPLE HAND OUT

Anna is creating 1 page flyer due Thursday

-Needs 20 commitments with "CHECK 3 WAYS YOU'LL LIVE SIMPLE THIS NOVEMBER!"

-Name, campus, email 

-in big letters "HAND IN AT JCI BOOTH PRIOR TO ENTERING EVENT"

-QR code

BY THURSDAY

-Alex fix FB profile picture, ask other team mates if he's challenged

-Kinsly to provide Sarah the tot number of nametag holders

-Anna complete 1 page live simple flyer

-please review the attached to see when you are scheduled

BY FRIDAY

-Sarah to provide budget for name tag printing, print a few samples and send picture of samples

-All Fellows register for the Summit

-All post our campus and 3 commitments on Live Simple FB

-Each Fellow to get 3 friends to post their commitments on Live Simple FB

-Sugki make 4 8.5x11 pages, each with a cluster of Live Simple Commitments

MEETING ON TUESDAY OCT 30

-Sugki pick up Anna at 6AM and meet at Kinsly's at 6:15

-Kinsly Sugki, Anna will pick up Satu in front of Freer Hall 6:20 

-meet at 7AM at WCC

-Professional dress:  wear black bottoms (skirt to the knee or pants, nice black jeans are ok), flat or medium heals, no sandals, slippers or running shoes

-Kinsly to drive Anna back for class at lunch time

MEETING ON WED OCT 31

-meet at 8AM at WCC

-Sarah to pick up Anna 7:15 (Anna coordinate with Alex for carpooling)

-Kinsly to ride his motorcycle

-Sugki to ride her motorcycle

-someone needs to drive Anna back to class at lunch time, perhaps Sarah

ITEMS TO BRING OCT 30

-Sarah to drop all name tags and 4 copies of sign in sheets to Shanah at 6:30 on Monday Oct 29 (bring receipt and change)

-Satu create box:  Please return your nametag here (can be a big basket, cardboard box covered in paper)

-Satu create box with sign: "Submit Your Completed Survey Here for a Chance to Win a Solar Powered Back Pack!" (needs to be the right size to hold 125 papers)

-Shanah bring survey quiz cards, Summit poster, Live Simple Posters, shirts, surf wax, Live Simple Bracelets

-Shanah to bring tape, scissors, push pins

-Kinsly bring JCI poster, surf wax, 5 engaging questions 

-Sugki bring colored 8.5x11 pages, each with a cluster of Live Simple Commitments

THINGS TO REMEMBER

-need to answer 4 out of 5 questions to win surf wax

-when people look at the 16 2-sided cards, walk up and explain that these are the results of a UHCC survey with about 400 participants and the answers are on the back, invite them to take a guess

LIVE SIMPLE PLAN  

-When you check in a student give them a sheet to select their campus and 3 commitments, then give them bracelet, then tell them to hand in at the JCI booth before entering the event

-Talking points:

"Great, you're a student!

We're launching a Live Simple Campaign where 500 UH students will receive these bracelets to show their commitment to Living Simple.  Just wear this bracelet and check off three things you would like to do to Live Simple for the month of November.  We'll post on our facebook which campus is winning so scan this QR code or like us"
