Congrats and Live Simple Campus Visits Next Week

Hi all, 

  Congrats on a great job these last couple days.  A huge success!!!  Next week we will be visiting each Oahu CC campus according to the schedule we created together a few weeks ago.  Sarah has everything for the booth and will bring everything to the first set up on Monday.  Please remember:

-please set up a table just outside the cafeteria on each campus

-we need to set up from 11am-1pm each day

-we need to give out 100 bracelets at every campus so you will HAVE TO APPROACH STUDENTS and hand them out, even if you have to walk from person to person in the cafeteria explaining

-for every bracelet have each person fill out the live simple sheet and invite them to facebook using the QR code on the card attached to the facebook

Here is the schedule:

Monday Nov 5, WCC - Satu, Sarah

Tuesday Nov 6, LCC - Kinsly, Chelsea Campbell

Wednesday Nov 7, HCC - Sarah Sugki

Thursday Nov 8, Satu, Jushen, Anna, Sugki, Alex

Sarah and Kinsly-will have to coordinate transferring the booth material to Kinsly on Monday afternoon/evening and back to Sarah on Tuesday afternoon/evening

Sarah-you'll have to figure out how to get everything to KCC for the booth on Thursday.
