Dear Presidents and Secretaries,

Greetings from Junior Chamber International Entrepreneur Metropolitan (“JCI E-Metro”)

JCI E-Metro, partnering with Penang State Government with our project named, Hearts for Hope, Partners Against Poverty. Working hand in hand, we shall be undertaking the task of organizing a series of projects in an effort to eradicate hardcore poverty through education in Penang. In 2014, we target to raise RM100,000 to provide the underprivileged students with their necessity to pursue their education. We strongly believe that Education is the sustainable solution to bring the hard core poor families out of the poverty vicious circle with their own ability.

Pearl Hill, also known as Bukit Mutiara, and formally known as Mount Olivia which was given to honour the wife of Stamford Raffles, is a very quiet and peaceful hillside. Being approximately 480 feet above sea –level, hikers shall enjoy the fresh air and breeze coming from the forest greenery surround the area and the sea.

We shall be organizing a Charity Fun Hike on 20th April 2014 and we are seeking for your kind support to participate this fun and yet meaningful event.
