It’s Time For World Congress 2011

We would like to inform you that 2011 JCI World Congress is going to
be held in Brussels. JCI Belgium will be hosting this conference on
November 1-5, 2011 in the capital of Europe.
We invite all of our JCI Dhaka Central members to join the grand program.
Here is the needed info:
Air Ticket
We would notify that we have been able to receive discount from Etihad
Airways on Air ticket for World Congress.
Cost: BDT 92,000/- (price may vary), which was BDT 128,000/- before discount.
Accommodation
We have finalized accommodation in Brussels at Citadines Toison d'Or
Brussels Hotel, which is a 3* hotel.
Cost: USD 490 per person for 7 nights on twin sharing basis
Delegation Fee
Cost: EUR 350
Conference Transport
All public transport in Brussels during World Congress is FREE of COST.
Deadline of Conference Participation
If anyone else is interested then please submit following documents
along with registration fee:
- Submit copy of passport
- Submit WC registration confirmation slip
- Submit BDT 50,000/- (cash only)
