The President has assented to the Labour Amendment Bill which has since been gazetted it into law with immediate effect. The Labour Amendment No11 of 2023 has effectively become law. It is no longer business as usual. Business needs to realign a number issues consequent to this development. On Wednesday 2 August, we are ironing out the pertinent issues arising from the amendment.
