Criteria:
1. Education – B.E/B.Tech (Any Stream)/ MCA) , Aggregate marks : 60 % & above , 2011 pass-outs

3. Service Bond – 2 years employee agreement with original certificates.
4. Appraisal ( 30 % to 200 %) – Will be given based up on performance after completion of one year employee service.
5. Working Platform – After training, we will decide to candidate can work on mobile application development (Android/ Blackberry/ I-Phone/ I pad/J2ME / .Net / PHP).
6. Initially we will conduct technical test based up on C OR C++ using logical programming skills.
