Dear Dickson,

I need your guidance on the the proposal below from Rahab.

Her budget last Sunday was Kshs 700. But she said in future it will be approx Kshs 500.

Her proposal is that we increase the monthly contribution to Kshs 250. The extra Kshs 50 x 20 = Kshs 1,000.

This means  we shall enjoy the kind of meal we had last Sunday twice every month.
