Role Overview:
The Quantum Metrics Solution Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Quantum Metrics platform, providing guidance on best practices, executing leadership strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive actionable insights. This role requires a proactive, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on leveraging Quantum Metrics platform features and align with leadership vision.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, and business teams to promote services and drive actions based on insights.
  • Use Quantum Metrics to analyze user behavior on digital platforms, identifying friction points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor real-time data to improve KPIs such as digital adoption, task completion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively analyze large volumes of user interaction data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies impacting customer journeys.
  • Detect friction points (e.g., slow loading times, confusing navigation, error messages) and recommend solutions.
  • Create dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders across teams.
  • Develop custom JavaScript functions to capture analytics and satisfy complex use cases.
  • Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports for real-time visibility into digital platform performance.
  • Utilize Felix AI to integrate session summaries/insights with chat/customer service systems via APIs.
  • Create presentations summarizing actionable opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify at-risk areas and execute action plans to drive platform adoption through business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies and prioritize implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise with Quantum Metrics platform and Felix AI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to address complex challenges.
  • Self-starter mentality, thriving in fast-paced projects.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, and AI-driven platforms.
