Job Title: SAP BRIM Functional Consultant - FICA
Duration: 1+ Year Contract
Rate : Open
Location: Remote currently, with required onsite presence in Middletown, PA (1 week/month + additional go-live support as needed)
Note : Need 20+yrs exp profiles needed
Key Responsibilities:
• Support SAP BRIM activities within the UBOS program
• Deliver functional designs/configurations for BRIM & FICA capabilities
• Handle payments, dunning, collections, CI/GL integrations, account determinations
• Lead functional testing, defect resolution, and test validation
• Support BRIM/FICA data mapping, migration, and cutover activities
• Maintain Azure DevOps work items and documentation
• Provide post go-live support for FICA processes and payment interfaces
• Collaborate on BRF+, correspondence forms, and payment provider integrations
• Ensure compliance with audit and financial controls requirements
Required Skills:
• 5+ years as SAP BRIM Functional Analyst with CI/FICA expertise
• At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Strong knowledge of FICA processes – payments, collections, dunning, open item management, CI/GL integration
• Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA enhancements
• Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Information Systems
Highly Desired:
• 3+ years SAP BRIM experience
• SAP S/4HANA BRIM Certifications (BR230/BR234)
• SAP enterprise project experience
• ITIL / ITSM knowledge
Additional Notes:
• Candidate must be able to attend onsite meetings in Middletown, PA as required
• Candidate should be available within 3 hours for emergencies
• ePATCH + National Criminal Background Check required prior to onboarding
• Video-on policy during virtual meetings
