Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA GTM (Global Trade Management) Lead / Stabilization Consultant to support commodity trading operations, legal entity consolidation, and post-merger ERP integration activities.

The role requires strong expertise in commodity contracts, settlements, financial postings, and multi-instance GTM stabilization, ensuring business continuity during consolidation and first consolidated close.

Required Experience

✔ Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC industry solutions
✔ Deep experience with SAP GTM – commodity contracts, settlements, exposure management
✔ Experience in 2+ legal entity consolidations / carve-ins / post-merger ERP integrations involving trading organizations
✔ Proven experience stabilizing SAP GTM in multi-instance environments
✔ Strong integration knowledge across GTM, SD, MM, FI & CO
✔ Experience integrating SAP GTM with CPE (Commodity Pricing Engine)
✔ Experience validating open contracts, provisional settlements, pricing adjustments & financial postings
✔ Active involvement in mock conversions, data validation, and live cutover weekends
✔ Experience working in high-pressure stabilization environments

Technical & Functional Skills

✔ Deep understanding of commodity pricing, settlements, and margin sensitivity
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills for contract, pricing, settlement, and accounting discrepancies
✔ Experience supporting transaction continuity during ERP consolidation
✔ Exposure to SAP BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus) — desired
✔ Knowledge of financial close processes in trading organizations
✔ Experience coordinating with commercial, trading, operations, and finance stakeholders
