Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or public sector environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, healthcare data, and healthcare program workflows.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation.
• Experience supporting system implementations or modernization projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with State Government healthcare programs.
• Experience in Behavioral Health / Mental Health programs.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, public health systems, or healthcare eligibility systems.
• Experience with data reporting, healthcare analytics, or regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar documentation tools.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
