Correct communication channel for club communication

Please stop using private email lists for communication on club
matters. This is bacause

1, we do not want any member to be omitted in any communication, your
list may not be the latest or it has been artificially tampered

2, We do not want club communication to be circulated to non members

3, We must try to avoid club members' email list fall prey to spam by
any party.

Communication suitable for public comsumption can appear in the Club's
facebook wall or the club's blog at http://jbtoastmasters.blogspot.com
