Lovely people,
If you were a participant at JB South WS 2010 I beg you read this with
careful attention :) I'm needing all of your help.

Remember that session where we used an evaluation tool called THE
EQUALIZER to analyze the situation of our JB based on the JB Goals?

Each chapter got together and did one. The Content Staff recollected
all of the charts with results on one pen drive but can't find them
anywhere. It is very important we have them because in the IJB
Committee we recollect all 200 equalizer from all chapters around the
world and we do a massive evaluation! How cool is that?!

So, and here comes the important things:
a) IF YOU ARE THE OWNER OF A PEN DRIVE WHICH WAS USED BY ALE DURING
THIS SESSION (cause he asked for many), DOUBLE CHECK IF YOU DON'T HAVE
MANI WEIRD CHARTS WITH NUMBERS AND COLUMNS

b) IF YOUR CHAPTER DID THE EQUALIZER ON YOUR COMPUTER AND YOU STILL
HAVE IT THERE PLEASE PLEASE SEND IT TO ME AT

Do you know who has the ezqulizer form your chapter?

I did the equalizer on a piece of paper and gave to Ale and he put it together with everyones equalizers so we could do the JBSouth equalizer. maybe I still have the paper here but I am not sure. But I am pretty certain that Ale got the one from Brasília in the WS and put it together with the others

The thing is Ale and the rest of the Content Staff lost all the equalizers and I really need them. If you hapeen to get together with your JB maybe you would do it quickly all together which will also help the others wich were not at JB South to get to know this amazing tool ;)

Let me know if that's possible. I'm thinking maybe I should ask all chapters to do the same... it's a shame they lost them

anyway, I will try to send the equalizer to all the member of JB Brasilia, but I wont be able to do the equalizer with them because I am not living in Brasilia anymore, I got accepted at UNICAMP, which is a unniversity in Campinas, so I am living in campinas. But I will try sendind the equalizer (I can find it in the JB pedia library right?) and tell them to do the equalizer and send me back the results and I will do one as well too. When do you need the results? because I will be in Brasilia from april first to forth and I can maybe gather with the JB there.

 

I guess you could ask to the other chapters, because it would be very easy to do, maybe if they couldn't get all the JB together maybe each JRep could at least do an equalizer by theirselves.

The didn't loose it. They don't remember in which pen they put them haha but it's okay, we will get them.

You have a lot of time!
If you're gonna be in Brasilia that would be awesome! You can do it there. Remember we only need one equalizer per chapter not one per person.

Congratulation about uni! Campinas sounds good :)
