Job Details:

Looking for candidates with overall 6-9 yrs of experience.

1.       6+ Years of experience Software Asset Management

2.       3+ Years of experience on  Flexera - FlexNet  suite

3.       3+ years of experience in Software licensing and activation, electronic software distribution and delivery, software compliance and entitlement management , Software Monetization

 

Knowledge of software license compliance and contracting laws and procurement procedures.

• Familiarity with Technical or Datacenter environments essential (hardware, software, and support programs).

• Understanding of software application use and licensing (examples: Microsoft, Citrix, IBM, Oracle, BMC, HP, etc.) Must understand hardware technology and configurations in order to understand licensing usage.

• Skill in understanding technical documentation and terminology.

• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting at business unit and corporate levels.

• Experience with data evaluation, trend analysis, and detecting variance from the norm.

• Skilled in project management disciplines and able to multi-task

• Experience with auditing 3rd party contracts for contract compliance.

• Adept computer skills. Prefer knowledge of SQL, Access, VBA for Excel Macros, or other more technical skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Office Professional user

• Must be self-motivated to achieve excellence, take initiative to solve problems, and have strong communication skills.

• Must be able to present main ideas to all levels of management, as well as end-users.

• Follows detailed procedures and ensures accuracy in documentation and data.

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and propose improvements.

• Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed.

Qualifications     Desired Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills and other analytical tools

• Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a wide variety of areas.

• Ability to provide analysis and make recommendations for the business to all levels of management, as well as end-users

• Strong background in reporting and data analysis

• Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Persuasive, encouraging, and diplomatic
