Human task SLA due dates and calendars

Hello,
Quick question: if I set SLA due date for some human task as 20h, will it be 20 net hours or 20 work hours (night time, weekends, holidays etc don't count)?

Bydefault it will take 20 net hrs but if you configure jbpm business calendar it will take 20 working hrs
