Good morning,

I want to abort or delete failed process instances like the ones I show in the attached image. When I try to do it, it shows me the following error: "Unexpected error during processing:null".

Does anybody know how can I do it?

Thank you.

Can you share the server log? In particular the whole stack trace of the failing delete operation.

Good morning,
Does anybody know how to do that?
I´m trying to delete it manually in the database, but it also appears on the web.
Regards.

You should not try manually deleting rows from the DB
If, as in your case, BC is failing, you can try with rest API https://www.jbpm.org/api-docs/kie-server/paths.html (search for

Aborts a specified process instance in a specified KIE container)

you will see the details of the rest call to be performed there

Good afternoon,
I tried to do it using Postman, via the rest API, but the same error occurs, and the same error is showed in the logfile.
I know that deleting rows in the database is the worst option, but if deleting it throught the rest API or throught the web UI doesn´t work... I don´t know if there is a better option.
Do you know where can I get a schema of the relation between all the tables of the jbpm database?
Thank you!
Regards.

Hello Amit,
The problem is that I can´t abort the instance. When I try to do It manually, selecting actions-> abort, the following error is showed: "Your request could not be completed. The following exception occurred: "Could not find container XXXXX"

Yes it's means your container is deleted so you can not delete manually for that you need ro run job then it will be deleted all abort instances. Please follow that link and create jobs and try it
