Building the first business process

Good afternoon I want to try my first experience in building a business process in JBPM. However, I don’t understand anything about which cube is responsible for what, what information I should write inside it and how to connect them.
Are there any examples or lessons that will help me understand this system?
I read the documentation, but it didn't help.
