We are currently using JBPM version 5.4.0.Final in production, and I plan to upgrade to the latest version, 7.74.1.Final. Is there a data migration script available to directly transition from 5.4 to 7.74.1 and What would be the best approach to migrate the data from 5.4 to 7.74.1?

Data migration poses a challenge due to the numerous in-progress items in the JBPM 5.4.0.Final database. All in-progress items must be transferred to the latest version after the upgrade. To streamline this, I’m looking for a data migration script. Is there a script available to directly transition from 5.4 to 7.74.1 and also additionally, what would be the best approach to carry out this migration?
