HTML5 SIG Created

Hi All,

The .org team just created the HTML5 SIG that we discussed.  You can find it here - https://community.jboss.org/groups/html5

It was literally just created, so it is a blank slate.  Before we announce it more widely I was thinking we should populate with some basic structure.

I started a discussion around that in the SIG itself :-)
