Updated group to allow anyone to post

Some people reported issues with sending email to the group, even from the same account that they joined with.  Specifically I've seen where I can not send from mail.app, but from gmail it works fine.

I've set it so $SUBJECT as a test, but I don't think that fixed it.

If anyone knows better let me know.
