I am looking into automate my strategy backtest it and live trade I am not sure if JBookTrader is viable option, I am new to auto trading so having lot of questions

Depends on the type of strategy, instruments you intend to use. JBT focuses on the DOM and is quite a capable platform. If you are looking for candlestick or fancy charting then this might not be for you.
