Suboptimal ATLAS libraries in 1.2.0

Dear all,
it seems that the ATLAS libraries packaged with 1.2.0 weren't optimal,
resulting in up to 50% worse performance than previous versions.
I'm currently running some benchmarks to recheck the different
settings and will release an updated version as soon as I'm done.
Unfortunately, this takes quite some time since compiling ATLAS can
take anything between a few minutes and hours, depending on whether
there exist sensible presets. Then there is SSE2 and SSE3, and so
on...
