Singular Value Decomposition

Is it possible to add sgesdd and dgesdd to the Singular class? These
routines uses a divide and conquer algorithm to compute SVD.

just adding sgesdd and dgesdd isn't that hard. You need to download
the lapack sources and configure jblas to find them. Then, you add
them to the list in the Makefile and "make realclean all" which should
reparse and rebuild the Fortran interface.
The harder part is adding a function in class Singular to make use of
the function in a useful way. If you already know how sgesdd is used,
you could fork the project on github and try it yourself.
