Hi,
I just released a new JBioWH JAR file with the last compiled snapshot.
https://jbiowh.googlecode.com/files/jbiowh-4.0.2-SNAPSHOT.jar
The new version includes the LOCAL keyword in the MySQL LOAD DATA INFILE
command inside the JBioWH API to fix problems with the MySQL server.
