New JBioWH JAR compiled snapshot 6.0.1

Hi,

I just released a new JBioWH version with the last compiled snapshot.

The COG, eggNOG and OrthoXML based databases were added to the framework.

The jbiowh-webservices are still in beta version but the source code can be
downloaded from the SVN server.
