New JBioWH JAR compiled snapshot 4.0.1

Hi,

I just released a new JBioWH JAR file with the last compiled snapshot. 

https://jbiowh.googlecode.com/files/jbiowh-4.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

The new version includes a module to parse XML files from the MS experiments. This parser will extract the proteins identified in the XML file to be used in the JBioWH framework.
