Hi Kartiki,

no this isn't supposed to happen, cross class mail are not supposed to go.

Steps were taken to limit so that only email to class groups to be sent only by class members of that class and JBIMS.exe IDs

Web Committee: Please look into the matter, also the groups need to be created the groups for new FYs and edit the JBIMS.exe google groups

Thanks San! Great suggestion actually... We should be solution oriented!

Just to update you, I guess you missed the part that our Web team of Dhawal and Mitesh (from fy) are on it. Sachin is mentoring them for identifying the problem and finding a solution. As for the later discussions, we were discussing on preventive actions by looping in the team.

Well said btw! You have always been the one to have the focused perceptions to problems. The trait of a great manager!  We will hope to cya soon in 12 San!
