We have scheduled a meeting for Saturday 14th March 2015 at 5.30pm. We would want all the members who have been associated with the EXE committee to be present. Understanding everyone has been busy lately, we want you guys to remove some time for this meeting before the year ends. We have the following pointers which needs immediate attention and inputs from all.

AOP Agenda:

• Budget allocation
• Funds utilization
• Change of Signatories
• AOP leadership
• Leader in line for finance committee.

Along with the issues of finances we have few more pointers.

• Faculty in charge for EXE
• Organizational structure
  
• Professional agency in charge for the events
• perquisites for working members
• incentives for getting sponsors
• All data availability on one drive
