We are a group of students of JBIMS, Mumbai. We have undertaken a research project under the guidance of Prof. Chhaya Sehgal to study the impact of Strategic Reward Schemes of Companies on Employee Satisfaction, Engagement and Commitment. 

Professor Chhaya Sehgal has advised us to survey as many respondents as possible to help us gather a large heterogeneous sample of the working population.
