Important !! :- EXE meeting on 6th June 2015 @ 4:00 PM

Hi All,

 

Hope you all are fine enjoying your vacations and eagerly waiting for college to re-open.  Let us gather tomorrow in the evening to discuss the EXE and its activities which needs to be planned for the next academic year.

 

As per our last meeting with the Director Kavita Laghate regarding the EXE activities with AOP members. She expressed her willingness to meet all the SY and TY who are working for EXE or want to add to the core strength  with their values and suggestions.

 

In order to achieve the same we have scheduled  an internal  meeting tomorrow for all the TY and SY  students who can come down on the single platform and express the views and solve the discrepancies . Anyone who may have any queries with the current AOP members can raise their concerns and the same will be addressed in the meeting. Let us make sure that we all arrive on the common grounds before meeting the Director so that we portray as one team when we meet them.

 

So it’s your day tomorrow. Please do turn up with all your queries and suggestions . In case if you are not able to make it please write us across we will discuss the same and share the conclusion for the mentioned problem.

 

We would like to have adequate participation from all the batches so no one feels dominant or left out in any circumstances.

 

The meeting is scheduled on  Saturday 6^th June 2015 at  4 PM in EXE room .
