Document Download Issue.

I'm very confused by the document downloading. Why i cannot download
SAM.pdf, apm_ltr.pdf, apm_a4.pdf? Please give me a hint.

I think they have zipped the files. I modified the url to a level above
the distinct file and then I could access sam.zip.

21 years later, does anyone have a copy of the SAM.PDF and  apm_a4.PDF for the v3.x release, I found the PRM.PDF on SCRIBD, but WaybackMachine never archived ftp.jbase.com
