Check the following before you. start the TSM

User OFS01 is a valid user ( no time restriction)

Hi Harsha,

clear the file TSA.STATUS using the command

>CLEAR.FILE F.TSA.STATUS

and then try to  run it again......

Are you trying to run the required services in  AUTO MOD?

Regards

1. Just chect the list of process related to TSM using WHERE command.
2. Delete the process
3. Clear the file F.TSA.STATUS
4. Authorise the TSM record by chaging service control to START
5. Issue the START.TSM -DEBUG command
6. Start the COB record
7. Find the agent no. of COB from the point 5.
8. Issue tSA <agent no.> -DEBUG

Hope this will sort the problem.
