T24: TILL NOT OPEN

Hi All,
 
Please i need your assistance urgently.
we just concluded migration and Go-Live of a subsidiary of a bank in another contry on Saturday 20091128. Users from the subsidiary were able to sign into the system from their country and posted transactions on sunday 20091129, but on Monday once the Head office signed into T24, the subsidiary especially Tellers could not sign in, they keep getting the error msg Till Not Open.
We noticed that once the users at the Head Office sign out of T24 in the evening, the subsidiary users are able to sign in and work efficiently.
Both Head office and subsidiary are using the same server.
 
Please i need your help on this.

Sounds like you forgot to do a trial run of this before going live. It’s golden rule number 17.b.ii J

 

However, you need to talk with TEMENOS help desk rather than this list I think. Maybe there is something obvious that the T24 guys here know, but rather than wait, you should call TEMENOS I should think.

Hi , This is a well known issue. Please log an issue( with appropriate screen shots)  with TEMENOS PACS and get a fix.

There you go – I said you needed to talk to TEMENOS ;-) If it is a well known issue, does he really need the screenshots though?

Really we did not test with both company signing on to T24 at the same time, all the dress rehearsal we did were don on saturday and the Head office dont open on saturday.
But as adviced i'll forward to TEMENOS HD.

Are the Head office teller users and subsidiary teller users same?? Specify teller users Head office and Subsidiary office.
