ETS - Error on JBASE

Hi All,
   Can anyone please let me knw how to rectify this error .

jsh R08 ~ -->ETS
 ** Error [ PERFORM_NOPROG ] **
Error 2 loading program EBS.TERMINAL.SELECT EBS-JBASE , No such program
exec(): No such file or directory

When i execute EBS.TERMINAL.SELECT.exe from globusbin, im getting following error

Cannot open F.TERMINAL.USER file !
 ***Error [ PERFORM_NOPROG ] **
Error 2 loading program ON.EXIT , no such program
exex(): No such file or directory

System information:

System                      : WinNT   i386
OS Release                : Windows XP Pro, Build 2600, Service Pack 2
NT User                     : R08
Time                          : Fri Aug 08 00:32:26 2008
jbase RELEASE         : Major 5.0 , Minor 4 , Patch 0106 (Change 51670)

jBASE is just telling you that your environment is not configured. The locations of the .EXE files need to be in your PATH variable. However, if this is not set up there is a good chance that nothing else is. I am sure that there are setup instructions for T24/jBASE, but if you are logging in via telnet, did you configure the REMOTE.CMD file and if from eh shell, it sounds like your enviornment variables need to be configured.
