Hi raju,
I am not aware of this error, however it´s better to start the cob in "DEBUG" mode instead of background. I mean issue the command START.TSM -DEBUG and try.

Can you check if F.TEC.OUTPUT.HISTORY file exists in the area?

Using -DEBUG probably adds about 30 percent to the COB duration.

Once everything is up and running then have confidence and allow T24
to manage things...

What could be the reason COB will increment 30% in debug mode? Is it because
you have to re-start manually agents when they die and most probably
operator will not be monitoring all time?
