Hi,
either you don't have a valid license installed (check your license in
[jbase directory]/config/system.properties at the very end of the
file) or there are too much users in the system already.

Check that if you have more than one jbase running in your system. A better option is to restart the server and export the
minimal environment variables logged as root.

And try jsh

Before this check that 'hostname' of the license is similar to your actual hostname of your server. Ultimately you should contact Helpdesk for this.

Hope this helps.

Have you done a "where" command to see what users are logged on?
Sometimes sessions do not get released when the user logs off and
gradually more and more users show up in the "where" command. If you
look at the dates when the user logged on you will get an idea of
which sessions to logoff or kill (but beware of killing services etc
that could be logged on for several days quite legitimately)

I think you need to have

jruntime.yourmachinename = <the override code provided by temenos
here>

Hi,

the last line of your system.properties file is:

jruntime.license = qP2XhdjqbdbiqzvfDBgPisP3ITiDfhyT

Normally there should be another line like:

jruntime.<machine_name> = blablablabla...

jbase license is machine-bound so you need to contact Temenos
distribution to obtain one.
