How did you setup field MAINTAIN.BALANCE in RE.STAT.REPORT.HEAD and
LINE.BALANCE in corresponding RE.STAT.REP.LINE?

Try to execute  RECALC.REP.LINES from T24 command line and do  RE.STAT.REQUEST again.

Hi,

All fields are configured correctly (as Temenos confirmed) and apparently we need to run a COB to update balances. It make sense since our environment is totally new (recently delivered by Temenos) and no COB has been run. Does it make sense to you? Anyway we will give it a go and post the results when we can.

Thanks for the help

yes, it makes sense. not 100% sure how it is now in the newer
releases, but before the RE.STAT.LINE.BAL and RE.STAT.LINE.MVMT have
been updated during the COB. So COB is mandatory to see the previous
days postings.

Hi

The main source for these reports are CAL and CPL files, as you rightly said these files are empty  and you cant generate any balance out of it before first COB.
