Hi Chloe,

1. Make sure the &HOLD& FILE is not cleared. or otherwise Backup should be taken for &HOLD& can restore later if cleared.
2. I too faced a error in GLOBUS Desktop like this. GLOBUS Desktop  may not get refreshed or retype the selection criteria and try it once. I got it right doing this.

Let you this one may be useful.

I exactly don't what kind of program you using this HOLD. So i have shared some time I had known.

Thanks
Manikandan

You clear your hold file that contain the particular file.... now the system cannot retrieve the file....

You can either restore the file or regenerate it....

Hi there... thanks all the advices and below is my real scenario:

My faulty case:
I've faced this problem when i generate/regenerate the file from the
database in my Disaster Recovery Center; when i backup the same
database from DR Center and restored to my live/production machine, it
works fine. I was wondering, is there any write permission to set on
the particular folders?

I'll be going to my DR center again to try SP-NEWTAB as how Jim's
advise. Also, i hope to get more options to try on when i get to DR
site. Appreciate all suggestions...

Many Thanks
