T24- AA Issue in R10-Deposit Preclosure

Dear Members,

 

While selecting the option of ‘Request Pre Closure’ for pre mature settlement of deposit arrangement in R10, system jumps to the version of ‘Calculate Payoff’ but displays the message of ‘Missing Record’ at arrangement ID field and when validating the same, system shows an error message ‘Activity not related to product line’. This error is occurring in the Temenos created arrangements as well as our defined arrangements (Screenshots of both the arrangements are attached).

 

Further we are unable to understand that which Property Class and Property will be used for revised interest rate and charges in case of pre mature arrangement and how the product conditions will be set to define the revised interest rate and charges.

 

Can anyone guide me the solution in the above referred scenario?
