Hi everyone!! I"m still chugging along.....trying different things
when I plateau for a week or two, and thank goodness, for once it's
been working! I"m down a total of 25 lbs for the year and I feel
better than I have in a long time. I am truly on a great roll and
intend to go with it forever!! Congrats to everyone here for sticking
with this, Deb, I can't believe all those activity points, they make
me tired just reading about it LOL..Glenn, be glad you can maintain
with that crazy schedule, and Denise, way to go for walking every day
at lunch, I sincerely believe that consistency is key. Here's to
another great month for all of us!!
