I woke up today, having taken most of yesterday off, and thought it
was Sunday. So I weighed in before heading downstairs for coffee.
Shock and awe! Dropped 2 more lbs.! Hope it holds for tomorrow, when
it really counts.

Every day I've gone over my daily points by 1-5 points, and I've
racked up 85 activity points. So since I still have weekly points
left, and have over-achieved on activity points, then I should be in
calorie deficit and those 2 lbs. should stick.

For those of you not into stupid amounts of exercise, I recommend
adding 10 min. of activity daily, and eating 1/2 the amount of your
guilty pleasure food. That should get you moving in the right
direction.

Congrats on the continued weight loss - wonderful news. I'm maintaining
- back to where I was before the week of no exercise (caused by jury
trial and other hearings)

We had a great Independence Day class. I'm about to go do the 4 1/2 mile
loop - normally I run on Saturday and do Jazzercise on Sunday but have
had to reverse the order due to holiday closings.

Wow 85 activity points. I'm happy to get my 2 points every day at
lunch when I walk. That is great news. I also walk the dog every
day, but I don't count that as an activity point (for me anyway).

Hi everyone!! I"m still chugging along.....trying different things
when I plateau for a week or two, and thank goodness, for once it's
been working! I"m down a total of 25 lbs for the year and I feel
better than I have in a long time. I am truly on a great roll and
intend to go with it forever!! Congrats to everyone here for sticking
with this, Deb, I can't believe all those activity points, they make
me tired just reading about it LOL..Glenn, be glad you can maintain
with that crazy schedule, and Denise, way to go for walking every day
at lunch, I sincerely believe that consistency is key. Here's to
another great month for all of us!!

That's wonderful news. I am very, very impressed. I'm still treading water - its really hot and I'm getting very little outdoor exercise.
