I blame the Solstice for my ennui, I blame the market for my busy-
ness.
I'll be back, but I don't know when.
Happy New Year to you all!

Thanks for reporting in. I am running erratically these days. We got a 14 month old Hound/Australian cattle dog who runs like the wind but often chooses to chase squirrels instead of staying on track. Of course I haven't gotten any faster so I serve the role of anchor.
I hope everyone has a Jazzy New Year.
My husband is running twice a week with the dogs. They're all lean;
I'm the chubbers of the family. That won't last as I climbed back
onto the WW wagon the day after Christmas, and have ridden 3 times
since then.
The most important thing is consistency: If we can maintain
consistency, we will achieve our goals.
Happy New Year to you all!

I too am back on WW, determined to hit my goal this time.
I did well yesterday, I stayed within my points, I hit the treadmill
as soon as I got home, walked the dog (although he'd like to go
farther and faster), and avoided the freshly baked cookies my son
made (he decided he liked baking chocolate chip cookies for his
friends).
Since I have the treadmill, I will have to walk more and sit less.
