My weigh in day was yesterday and I didn't lose anything from last
week. At least I didn't gain. Still...

So I reviewed my week: Not enough exercise M, T, W. Three real
estate related functions where I ate small portions but they added
points.

This week's strategy is to spread exercise across the board, something
every day, and practice more discipline at those business functions.

How's everyone else doing?

I gained another pound. Not enough exercising plus we went to the
classis movies and ate junk. We saw Mary Poppins on Saturday and
Casablanca on Sunday.

A spoonful of sugar may help the medicine go down but it also helps pile
on the pounds.

I'm holding steady which is amazing since work is way stressful.

I haven't been around home to have a garden for a while, but I bought
three tomato plants this weekend. I am looking forward to fresh
vegetables to help lower snack calories. We used to grow 12-18 tomato
plants at our last house every summer--I didn't know what to do with
all the tomatoes in August. Hopefully three will be just right.
