And I don't mean the 102* temps outside.

I mean I lost THREE POUNDS last week! Aw, yeah! The WW software
prompted me to take the quiz to set my points again, so I get 3 fewer
points than the last two weeks. Should be interesting to see how many
days I use those extra points you're allowed to have.

I looked at the weight chart after I plugged in today's happy numbers
and realized I'm back to my pre-crash weight. Then I looked back
further to see how long I'd been at that weight...since I broke my rib
in October. That surprised me; I didn't realize how long I'd been at
that (now this) weight. Good thing I keep records -- this was good
information for me to have.

When you work the program, the program works for you.

Anyone else?

Congrats!!!

That's great news. I am up a pound. Work has kept me travelling and I
have missed workouts. Even worse, I have bought snacks while on the
road.

Unfortunately work will continue to play havoc with my exercise schedule
- we have not been allowed to hire a replacement attorney so we are
struggling just to cover all the hearings that she had scheduled (in
addition to our regularly scheduled hearings)

Congrats Deb!!

I am down another 1.5 lbs..I cannot believe I will make it to my goal
in time for Memorial day!! I am super proud of myself....and it
always amazes me, although it always happens how much momentum (sp?)
can help you! Unfortunately, it can bite you too LOL...Hang in there
Glenn...recognizing your habits is the first step!!
